Bannon Investors of Sacramento, was the force behind Sacramento's first privately funded LEED ® Gold office tower 2020 Gateway, located in the Natomas area. The commercial real estate developers came to Placemaking Group for assistance with giving their newest and most cutting edge building a more prominent profile.

While achieving LEED ® Gold status is still a most admirable accomplishment it is not a novel concept, especially in California's state capital. Placemaking Group worked with Bannon Investors to develop messaging about how being green translates into employee productivity as well as other positive results.

We created a striking new web site and marketing materials for the building and embarked on a PR and community outreach campaign to promote the building's unique assets, including hosting events at the building and direct contact with key media targets.

Most recently we contacted the Sacramento Business Journal to discuss an article on the topic and they took the story and ran with it. The September 3 story creates news to pass along about 2020 Gateway to potential tenants and the broker community at large.
